Keep Track of Your Receipts
Gather any receipts and paid invoices for services done for your home. This includes things like buying paint at the store, hiring a cleaning service, or hiring a plumber to put in new faucets. If it improves your home, it counts!
Get Up To $3,500 at Closing
After your transaction closes, you’ll receive a rebate of up to $3,500 towards home improvements made prior to (and during) the listing. This is provided at closing!
