We publish several community and nonprofit magazines that are shared with 10s of thousands of engaged followers! Each magazine highlights how The CARE Network is giving back and spreading hope to the communities they serve.
Postcards to 10s of Thousands of Homes
We send out tens of thousands of large postcards throughout The Midlands to raise awareness for our program, and to make sure the community sees who supports us in this great cause! We invite the community to support our sponsors so that we can make a greater impact!
Social Media Ads
Local sponsors help us cover the cost to run social media ads to raise awareness for our program, as well as capture buyer and seller leads!
How It Works
We Generate Leads
Local businesses sponsor our lead generation efforts, so we’re able to use other people’s money to get leads for our partner agents!
Leads Are Sent to Our Partner Agents
We refer all leads to our partner agents and collect a 25-30% referral fee through our brokerage, MINUS any client rebates offered.
For example, all clients are offered a $1,000 rebate to buy or sell with a CARE agent. This incentive is deducted from the referral fee amount. It’s not an extra expense!
We Donate 100% of Our Referral Fee
100% of the net referral fee is donated to local families in need, or to nonprofits that are serving our communities.

Savings are typically calculated as a % of your agent’s commission, so factors including, but not limited to, the negotiated commission percentage and new construction incentives, may influence the final savings amount.
